Set the measurement system to a different one from the localization default
Open <path-to-game>\Data\locale.ini using a text editor. Find the section for the localization you use (example: For English the section begins with the line [REGIONALIZATION_eng_us]). Change both the values of LENGTH_UNIT_FORMAT and WEIGHT_UNIT_FORMAT to either IMPERIAL_US or METRIC. Save the changes. Notes Game updates may override this change.
