Below is a list of emulators on PC that can play the PlayStation 3 game titles. Set up guide

Dumping step-by-step[3]
  1. Insert a PlayStation 3 format disc into a compatible blu-ray drive.
  2. Create an .iso image using an .iso dumping program, e.g. ImgBurn or IsoBuster.
  3. Open the PS3 ird database, and download the appropriate .ird file that matches the title ID.
    • Be sure to check the title ID in case there is a different edition of that title. e.g. Uncharted 2 Game of the Year Edition.
    • Use the correct .ird with the same title ID, i.e. the .ird file for Demon's Souls US disc does not work with the EU disc.
  4. Using PS3 ISO Patcher, select the matching .iso and .ird files, and press Patch to apply the decryption keys to the .iso file.
  5. Using 3K3Y IsoTools, click ISO Crypto, and select the .iso with patched-in decryption keys. This makes a .dec.iso file.
  6. Optionally, validate the game copy by using PS3 ISO Rebuilder. Load the .dec.iso and .ird files, and let it verify the dump.
  7. In 3K3Y ISO Tools, click on Tools, ISO, Extract ISO, and select the decrypted .iso file to extract its files.
  8. RPCS3 can now use the extracted .iso files to run the game.
