The HORI Real Arcade Pro Premium VLX, also known as the RAP Premium VLX, are a series of arcade game controllers released by Hori since March 28, 2010.

Developed in collaboration with Taito, the RAP Premium VLX was designed to be closely resemble the panel used on Taito's Vewlix arcade cabinets. The chassis of the RAP Premium VLX is a mix of metal and plastic components, and can be easily opened by user for maintenance, a feature that is exclusive to the lineup until the release of the Fighting Stick Alpha. Just like the RAP V, it has a storage box on the back to store the cable. The RAP Premium VLX comes with either the Sanwa-made joystick and buttons or Hori's Hayabusa joystick and either the Kuro or Hayabusa buttons.

Throughout the span of 2010 to 2016, only five models had been released. The Real Arcade Pro 3 Premium VLX and Real Arcade Pro EX Premium VLX, the PlayStation-3-model and the Xbox-360-compatible model respectively, were the first models to be released, and equipped with the Sanwa Joystick and button. The HORI Real Arcade Pro 4 Premium VLX for PlayStation 4, released on April 23, 2015 for PlayStation 4, come with Hori's Hayabusa joystick and Hori's Kuro buttons, and has a touchpad on the back. It would see a minor update in the form of Real Arcade Pro Premium VLX Hayabusa (2016), which replaced the Kuro buttons with the Hayabusa buttons.

Unlike the RAP V and the RAP N, the RAP Premium VLX doesn't have the PlayStation-compatible models with native XInput support, so those models will acts as DirectInput devices, thus requiring a third-party wrapper like Steam Input for games that only use the XInput API. The EX Premium VLX, a Xbox-compatible model, is the only native XInput device in the lineup.
