60hz/60fps fix

Fix movement stuttering at 60FPS by patching "globalgamemanagers" file.
  1. Download the IPS Patch.
  2. Open RomPatcher.js in a new web browser tab, or use a dedicated IPS patching utility (Such as Lunar IPS).
  3. Go to <path-to-game>\Alex Kidd in Miracle World DX_Data\ and use the globalgamemanagers file as the source ROM file, and the downloaded IPS patch as the patch file.
  4. After the patched file has been saved, rename the file to globalgamemanagers and move it to <path-to-game>\Alex Kidd in Miracle World DX_Data\, making sure to replace the original.
This modification changes the Unity FixedUpdate rate from 50FPS to 60FPS.
