The game runs in a window despite the proper resolution is set

Minimize and maximize the game
Turn off fullscreen in options main menu and then turn it on
Set fake fullscreen mode using dgVoodoo
  1. Get dgVoodoo
  2. Copy dgvoodoocpl.exe and MS\x86\d3d9.dll and d3dimm.dll to the game folder
  3. Run dgvoodoocpl.exe and go to DirectX
  4. Pick Ati Radeon 8500 from the list
  5. Right click on dgVoodoo Control Panel bar (near close and minimize buttons)
  6. Click on "Show all sections of the configuration"
  7. Go to GeneralExt and check "Fake" in Fullscreen mode attributes
