Widescreen resolution

Set the desired resolution in configuration files[citation needed]
  1. Go to the configuration file location.
  2. Open _global.dat.
  3. Change iScreenX and iScreenY to the desired resolution.

Notes

This will only work if you have set the game to Windowed mode as well. If you try to edit these settings using fullscreen mode the game WILL crash on launch. For the game to start in fullscreen iScreenX and iScreenY must be set to iScreenX=1024 and iScreenY=768.
HUD will not be rendered.

Windowed

  1. Go to the configuration file location.
  2. Open _global.dat.
  3. Find iFullScreen and change it to 0.

Vertical sync (Vsync)
