Use "The Win 3.1 Fix Project"
  1. Download "The Win 3.1 Fix Project"
  2. Unzip the folder Yellow Brick Road fix somewhere on your computer.
  3. Insert The Yellow Brick Road CD, on the disk is the file SETUP.EXE.
  4. Open the Yellow Brick Road Fix folder and find the program otvdm.exe.
  5. Drag SETUP.EXE from the CD into otvdm.exe.
  6. During install, make sure to uncheck "Quicktime For Windows 2.03".
  7. After install, go to <path-to-game>.
  8. Drag YBR.EXE into otvdm.exe and the game should start.
The game is made for 640×480, set the resolution to that or 800x600 for full screen.
