Yakuza 3 Remastered[Note 1] is a singleplayer third-person open world action game developed by Ryu Ga Gotoku Studio and published by Sega. It is part of the Yakuza (Like a Dragon) series.
The game, which was released on PlayStation 4 in 2018, is a remastered version of Yakuza 3, originally released on PlayStation 3 in 2009. It was ported to PC by QLOC and released on January 28, 2021.
While the remastered version restores some of the content that was removed in the Western PlayStation 3 release, it does not include the Michiru substories from said version and the Answer X Answer minigame from the original Japanese PlayStation 3 release.[1]

Shin Ryu Mod Manager (SRMM)
- Mod manager for PC versions of Yakuza (Ryu Ga Gotoku) series games.
- Fully compatible with the Steam, GOG and Microsoft Store/Gamepass releases.
Yakuza 3 Restoration Patch
- Restores licensed music that was cut from the Western release of Yakuza 3, as well as higher quality videos from the PlayStation 3 version and changes the Tamashiro Family crest to its original pre-remastered design. Additionally, a line of dialogue in a cutscene before the final boss has been corrected to feature a more accurate translation.

Enabling High Resolution Characters Textures
- This mod replaces the ingame characters' textures with their high resolution cutscene equivalents.
High Resolution Font for Yakuza 3
- Replaces the font in the game with the same official higher resolution text font for better 4K experience.
Quickstep Restoration
- Restores the PS3 quickstep distance, which was halved on PC due to the new framerate, nerfing one of Kiryu's most powerful tools against enemy blocking early in the game.
Licensed Content Restoration
- Restores Mine's drink to the original Gatorade branding and body spray to the AXE branding.
Fix for the loud ambient car sound in Downtown Ryukyu
- Fixes the loud ambient audio that constantly plays throughout Downtown Ryukyu in exploration which is a bug that was introduced on the PC port of Yakuza 3.
