Patch game files to remove black bars from cutscenes

Download the letterbox removal fix.
Extract the contents of the archive to <path-to-game>\runtime\media\data\
Run the letterbox_patch_efigs.bat file.

Backups of the game files modified by the utility will be in a subdirectory called backup.

Issues fixed

Incorrect inputs on XInput controllers

Enable Xbox configuration support in Steam's controller settings and set Steam's "Input Per-Game" setting to "Forced On" in the game's properties.^[5]
This workaround only applies to the Steam release of the game.

While both a controller and keyboard/mouse can be used simultaneously, the mouse cursor will disappear in menus when using the gamepad, and input glyphs change between KB/M and controller (although this doesn't occur when simply using the mouse to move the camera).
