Widescreen resolution

Resolution settings can be customized further than what is available in-game.
Set resolution in preferences.xml[citation needed]
  1. Go to <path-to-game>
  2. Edit preferences.xml
  3. Change widescreenWidth and widescreenHeight to match your resolution.
  4. Change the aspectRatio value to match your aspect ratio:
    • 4:3 resolutions: 1.333
    • 5:4 resolutions: 1.250
    • 16:10 resolutions: 1.600
    • 16:9 resolutions: 1.778
    • 48:9 resolutions: 5.333
    • 48:10 resolutions: 4.800
  5. Save your changes.

Windowed

Alt+ Enter will toggle fullscreen/window mode. Window can be adjusted by dragging the corners.

High frame rate

The frame rate limit can be adjusted by editing the engine_config.xml[citation needed]

  2. Make a backup of engine_config.xml
  3. Edit <path-to-game>\res\engine_config.xml.
  4. Change the maxFrameRate to the desired value.
  5. Save the file.
