  2. Edit configuration.lua
  3. Find setting = "vsync"
  4. Change value = 0 to value = 1
  5. Save your changes. To reverse the change, change back to value = 0.

Issues fixed

Pagefile

Dawn of War II says it will not run unless you have a pagefile of at least 1.5 GB in size. This can be worked around.

  1. Find Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War II: Retribution in your Steam Library
  2. Right-click the game name
  3. Select Properties
  4. Select Set Launch Options...
  5. Input -disablepagefilecheck
  6. Press OK
  7. Launch the game

Notes

This will remove the check for a pagefile of at least 1.5 GB. If your computer runs out of available memory while playing, you will experience lag, stuttering, freezing and/or crashing.
