All data store as byte values, game launcher verify config file and interpretate changes as one of follows:
- offset
00000000 and 0000000C - if one be more than one, then both functions enabled - Fog/Soft Light
- offset
00000004 01 - enable, 00 - disable Depth of Field
- offset
00000008 01 - enable, 00 - disable Wet Effects
- offset
00000010 01 - enable, 00 - disable Dynamic Shadows
- offset
00000014 01 - enable, 00 - disable Particle Effects
- offset
00000018 01 - enable, 00 - disable Motion Blur
- offset
00000020 01 - enable, 00 - disable Hi-resolution textures
Bloom and Post rendering effects - both settings are described inside launcher code, but can't be disabled through editing Settings.dat
