Navigate to <path-to-game> Open ChickenInvaders2.cfg with Notepad or any other text editor Find bRelease and change its value to No Save the file before launching the game Notes This will make the cursor of your operating system visible during the game.

Enable windowed mode through the external CFG file
Navigate to <path-to-game> Open ChickenInvaders2.cfg with Notepad or any other text editor Find bFullScreen and change its value to No Save the file before launching the game Notes The game window cannot be moved unless the bRelease parameter is set to No. See Skip intro and credits
