Most of my life I either didn't have access to PC games or didn't have a powerful enough PC to play them. Now, when both of those are no longer an issue, I mostly play these older titles. The newest game I played is from 2013. One benefit of playing these older games after all these years on more powerful hardware is that I can enjoy them in higher resolutions, higher and more stable framerates, I can force anti-aliasing and anisotropic filtering without worrying about framerate, and fans have made many widescreen and FOV fixes, patches, even graphics API wrappers, etc. All this makes these older games look and perform much better than originally intended, and I can play them in their full glory.

With only few exceptions '''I only edit or create new pages for games I currently play'''.

That is how I ended up on ''Widescreen Gaming Forum'' and ''PC Gaming Wiki''. Instead of writing down all the links and fixes in a text I started editing the pages myself and made it a hobby. With few minor exceptions, like ''Lego Rock Raiders'' and ''International Rally Championship'', '''I only edit the pages of games I currently play''', and even those two I have installed and played a bit until I was sure everything works. I do revisit the pages I edited from time to time if I find a demo or something, or if I think it requires some cleanup.
