Key points

Extremely low default FOV, combined with on screen effects can cause the feeling of nausea, especially among people prone to motion sickness. FOV can be adjusted, but doing so will result in graphical glitches, especially common in cutscenes. A fix for the post effects is below.[1]

Post Effects Fix

Copy these files to fix post effects[3]

Notes

The default FOV is 65, use FOV Calc to find the right x value for your aspect ratio.
You will have to re-enter your FOV value every once in a while during the game, since each death or new map loaded will set the FOV back to the default value.
During the spaceship level parts of the hallway in the distance will not be rendered with large FOV.
There will be no zoom when aiming down sight.
