Issues fixed

Game does not launch on Windows 8 and above

Remove StarForce DRM[3]
  1. Install the game from the original CD. Do not launch the game after installing, if you do, you will be asked to install unwanted StarForce libraries on your computer, which is not needed.
  2. Download and install the TrackMania Sunrise eXtreme expansion.
  3. Download and install the eXtreme 1.5.0 to 1.5.1 update.
  4. Download the patched game files and place them in the game's installation folder. Click "Yes" if prompts to replace files. <path-to-game>
  5. Download the fixed d3d9.dll and place it in your installation folder
  6. Set both TMSunrise.exe and TMSunriseLauncher.exe to run as administrator
  7. Run TMSunriseLauncher.exe and enter your license key when prompted.
  8. Launch the game. If TMSunriseLauncher.exe doesn't work, try launching TMSunrise.exe
Bypasses StarForce driver installation and solves the inability to launch the game on modern systems.
