Set Starting Monitor

In HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\InXile Entertainment\Torment\ change the UnitySelectMonitor_h17969598 key value to the number of the monitor -1 (i.e. monitor #1 is 0, #2 is 1, etc.).
