I just wanted to say that even if running the .exe of a game opens up Steam, that does not necessarily mean that the game has DRM. To check, you have to (after running the game at least once through Steam) remove or rename Steam.exe from your PC to see if this prevents the game from booting. If it does, you can try to add a steam_appid.txt file in the game's directory containing the game's Steam ID. If the game works after one or both of those steps without Steam starting up it does not have DRM. It is just a Steamworks title to make sure it integrates with Steam for achievements and such. | I just wanted to say that even if running the .exe of a game opens up Steam, that does not necessarily mean that the game has DRM.
