For these stutters, try out using DXVK-Async and put this line in dxvk.conf near exe:
dxvk.enableAsync = true

Technically, for fair comparison, you should delete cache.

Also, you can try to fiddle with thios parameter:
dxvk.numAsyncThreads = 10 or 16 or other
