I tried DXVK-Async with the necessary command and no cache built. It's very unstable, I tried loading multiple levels multiple times but it just crashed way too much while moving around and even during cutscenes while loading levels actually. With normal DXVK the game is mostly fine except for the occasional stutters which never stop and rare crashes.
