There's an unofficial decensor patch to the mosaic censorship of the H scenes of Fate/stay night's 2004 version, as well as an improved decensor patch for the Réalta Nua PC version after applying Ultimate Edition patch? The game's article is already mention the game is an adult/18+ visual novel and the author of the patch does warn users about the adult content (and potential spoilers) before viewing the separate comparison gallery linked on the author's website.
