You can "disable" the splash screens by duplicating the "NRSLogo.mp4" and renaming it "Intro.mp4". You can't just delete the Intro video or otherwise, the game won't start. Renaming another mp4 works. The NRSLogo is a much shorter video hence skipping the otherwise 30 seconds long splash screens.
