When I set a framerate cap, the game does not at all conform to it.
When it's set to cap at 144, it hops between 130 and 160fps
When it's set to cap at 240, it hops between 220 and 260
At unlimited, it hovers around the 300fps mark
It's a pain in the ass because it's pushing way more frames than it needs on unlimited, which my GPU is not enjoying (WHIRRRRRRRRRR)
