I think most of the stuff on the "Essential improvements" section should be moved to "Video settings" or "Issues fixed" sections. Most of this stuff is not essential at all.

I fully agree, although most of the stuff just needs a renaming and move to the Video settings section instead (e.g. “accelerated switching between windows” is just “Borderless windowed’ in disguise; although that one also needs warnings about the added input latency of said mode...).
Most of the listed changes seem to only be “essential” for max’ers that tries to get the highest possible frame rate of the game, and is not something that concerns the majority of players.
