It's the only way to get disabled vignette working in DX12. The other solutions are for specifically for DX11 only, or seem to crash for me in DX12.

Disable the vignette by opening re2.exe with a hex editor and search for >8B 87 3C 01 00 00 89 83 DC 00 00 00 replace with >31 C0 90 90 90 90 89 83 DC 00 00 00
