I'm super late as well; wouldn't at all if I hadn't come across these: https://www.mediafire.com/file/3lc7nbo1i8daozi/BO3ShadowVer.7z These are for shadows striping, also present on MW remastered; and yes, an old version, I was done with the game, finding a "solution" messing with config files, long before being bothered to post here.
