Do we really need an emulation category?

I think having an emulation category detracts from the true purpose of this website, PC gaming. Although it would be nice to have instructions on the settings used to emulate each game correctly, the pages focus instead on the emulators themselves. Besides, this has been done many times before already and there's plenty of existing websites with large compatibility lists.

Thoughts?

I think that an emulation category is important as it helps with the running of older games. For example, if there was a game that needed DOSBox to run on current systems then it could say so in the game's page and then link to the DOSBox page if people need more information on DOSBox running in general. Currently the emulation category is a bit lacking, but I think it has potential to be worthwhile for the site in the future.
