By default, Tony Hawk's Pro Skater HD comes with nearly no customization graphics options on PC.

The launcher adds options for rebindable keys, custom resolutions, vsync, windowed mode, and more.

Download the Tony Hawk's Pro Skater HD - Launcher (PCGamingWiki mirror) Copy `Binaries` and `THHDGame` into the installation folder. Run `THPSHDLauncher.exe` in `Binaries\Win32`. Use the launcher to customize the game settings.
