Windowed

Use Dxwnd[1]
  1. Launch the game normally at least once.
  2. Download latest version of Dxwnd and extract it.
  3. Lauch Dxwnd.exe.
  4. Click Edit and Add.
  5. Type Main tab type in the Name for the profile.
  6. Click the ... button, right of Path field.
  7. Navigate to the folder, where Timeline is installed and select Timeline.exe and click OK.
  8. At the bottom of Main tab, specify window Width (W) and Height (H) - it's recommended for it to be the same as the width and height of the game, specified using game's VidConfig.exe.
  9. Go to the DirectX tab.
  10. Select DirectX Version Hook to DirectX7.
  11. Change the Renderer in Emulation field to SDL2.
  12. Under DirectDraw Surface handling select fields:
    • Flip emulation
    • Support offscreen 3D (without it the graphics are rendered incorrectly!)
  13. Click OK and launch the game using Dxwnd.
