  1. Go to %LOCALAPPDATA%\TimeBreak2121\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor.
  2. Open GameUserSettings.ini.
  3. Find the line bEnableVSync=False and change it to bEnableVSync=True.
  4. Save the file and launch the game.
