Victoria refuses to throw a padlock at the window around 8:55pm

Insert a CD from a game to your disk drive. If the issue still persist, try other disk drives[1][2]

Issues unresolved

Can't find a watchman after 4:00pm

  • It may be impossible to find watchman if too many actions from later part of the game were performed. Loading a previous save file may be required.[2]
