Blurry Surroundings Issue

Set Effects to High or Ultra (not Low)

When Effects is set to Low sometimes after a very small radius from the character everything become blurred. Just turn Effects to High or Ultra to fix the problem.

This is not really an issue but in my opinion this kind of graphic changes shouldn't be under the Effects parameter because is not easy to understand that this is the cause of the blur.
