Delete intro video[1]
  1. Navigate to <path-to-game>\TheOccupation\Content\Movies\.
  2. Delete or rename S_LoadupSplashScreens.mp4.

Notes

The game may stay on a black screen for some time while loading, depending on hard drive speed.
This fix is still recommended, as the startup logos would otherwise be unskippable.
