Issues fixed

Game doesn't save video settings

Run as administrator[citation needed]
The game doesn't save the Rendering Detail setting even in admin, so you'll have to change it on every startup.
Going into the configuration INI to force Rendering Detail doesn't work as it always goes back to the lowest on startup.
