Go to the configuration file(s) location. Open `default_pc.cfg`. Change `fullscreen:1` to `fullscreen:0`.

Anti-aliasing (AA)

Force MSAA using dgVoodoo 2
Install dgVoodoo 2. Open `dgVoodooCpl.exe` and click on the `DirectX` tab. Set `Antialiasing (MSAA)` to 2x, 4x or 8x.

High frame rate

Remove FPS cap
Go to the configuration file(s) location. Open `vars_pc.cfg`. Change `fpsLimit=60` and `maxFPSLimit=60` to the desired value.
