For over 6 months of agony I finally found the solution: From Windows 11 settings, simply revert to a previous version of an IME. https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/revert-to-a-previous-version-of-an-ime-input-method-editor-adcc9caa-17cb-44d8-b46e-f5b473b4dd77

Somehow the bogus IME that is contained within Windows 11 causes this problem to non-English IME users. I just randomly found out while meddling with everything to solve this issue.

I have no idea how to edit wiki, never had so I'll just leave this tip here and you guys edit the wiki to help guys out. Peace!

The option is buried under tons of other settings. For more specifically, if you can't find the option follow this.

Go to Windows 11 settings panel, select 'Time & language', from your primary language (usually at 3rd row from the top) select the right side 3 dots which goes to misc option, click 'Language Options' - Find 'Microsoft input' on your keyboard options (usually at the bottom), and again goes to the right side three dots but this time it's 'Keyboard Options' - Disable whatever fancy options like expanded kanji, and most importantly, select 'Use previous version of Microsoft IME'.
