Sincerely, I can't reproduce it in any shape or form. the closest I can get to that is Wine3D is unoptimised as f***. Since the FO3 GPU bypass isn't doing anything else other than makes the system reported the current GPU as Nvidia GeForce 7 series card and that's about it.

Just want to mention that TimeShift doesn't seem to tell you if EAX is detected or even working, you have to listen and recognize this yourself. EAX reverb is fairly recognizable, if you don't hear it in TimeShift, you may need to re-install your sound drivers. In my case, I now rarely use my X-Fi and I believe the drivers were affected by past Windows 10 feature updates; to confirm my drivers were faulty, I launched the original DOOM 3 and it said that it didn't find a supported sound device for EAX or surround sound. I used the DanielK Support Pack 5.0 to re-install the X-Fi drivers and then confirmed that DOOM 3 fully detected the X-Fi afterwards. I also noticed that the recognizable EAX reverb effects are now present in TimeShift.
