Regarding the below edit...

This edit replaces a Japanese voice mod with "a new one that is less prone to crashes". The new one however seems to be incomplete (no battle voices) compared to the old one, and the old one also had links to other mods that people may have been interested in.
Here's the quote from the github that made me change the article
"This is a new (lite) version of the original SoraVoice, by removing some uncommon used features, it has better compatibility and performance. Not like the original one, game update WON'T break the lite one (hopefully).

the original soravoice supported the spite changes from kai and all of that jazz, but since they were pretty unpopular and caused incompatibility with the newer versions the guy just dropped it
as for the battle voices they worked for me last time I tried it out let me check again
...can i have your savefile? I don't want to replay the prologue just to test the battle voices
Ok, I forgot a part of the process and now the battle voices should be in japanese let me know if you have any other problem
The Voice mod only gives me the battle ones, I get no in-game voices in either English or Japanese.
