Can't disable Ray Tracing

I turned on Ray Tracing using the settings command on the Wiki and now I can't turn it off lol. I set the 1 to a 0 and that didn't do anything, then removed the line which enables it and it's still activated. Read Only is disabled, I saved the file and restarted the game a few times as well as my PC. The Ray Tracing command is no longer in the file but it's still active.

Setting the launch parameter to -dx11 instead of -dx12 fixed it. DirectX11 does not support hardware ray tracing.
