The elevator which gets you down to the 6th floor doesn´t trigger for me, I can run on the roof as long as I want, I´m not able to continue from there. People mentioned Windows XP SP 3 compatibility mode on MyAbandonware but that doesn´t do anything

Did you try limiting the framerate to 60fps?
Same result (set the limit both for lithtech.exe and nina.exe). I´m think I´m done with this game and rather play other mediocre, trash or obscure games with no gamebreaking bugs
By the way, the monitor you use, how many Hz is it?. If it is more than 60hz, set it to 60hz.
It´s a 144 hz capable monitor running at 120 hz. Set it to 60 hz, changed nothing. Vsync enabled so 100% 60 fps lock. Use dgVoodoo2 and limit the FPS on it. You have to enable all configurations for it to appear.
See my reply above. Tried dgvoodoo, enabled v-sync at 60 hz (dgvoodoo watermark is there ingame)
