Dealing with Earth 2150 and expansion's excessive use of the registry

As stated in another discussion thread, Earth 2150 and its expansions, for some reason, spread out their registry-based settings across both HKLM and HKCU. This is rather annoying since excluding one of these paths from the Game data section means missing out on key settings not present in the other; as such, not only does the HKCU path need to be listed, both the 32 and 64-bit HKLM paths have to be listed as well (where applicable). To me, it looks unnecessarily messy, and I was wondering if there might be some way of consolidating it.
