SMAA Injection

SMAA Anti-Aliasing with ReShade[citation needed]
This injected form gives a clearer picture than game's own AA, but will introduce more shimmering.
  1. Download custom ReShade.
  2. Extract archive contents to <path-to-game>\Styx2\Binaries\Win64\.

Cap framerate

Set a custom FPS limit.[citation needed]
Can reduce system heat and workload.
  1. Go to %LOCALAPPDATA%\Styx2\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor\.
  2. Open the Engine.ini file with Notepad or other text editor.
  3. Paste the following lines under section [/script/engine.engine]:
MinDesiredFrameRate=0
bSmoothFrameRate=true
SmoothedFrameRateRange=(LowerBound=(Type=Inclusive,Value=5),UpperBound=(Type=Exclusive,Value=75))

Change 75 to the desired limit.
