STEINS;GATE 0 Steam Patch

This patch fixes several flaws in the Steam version of the game.

1. Fixes various mistranslations and continuity errors
2. Corrects localization to better match the translation of Steins;Gate
3. Optional Japanese honorifics with glossary definitions
4. Replaces low quality images with high quality originals
5. Replaces low quality FMV audio with high quality originals
6. Adds English translations to Japanese images and videos
7. Improves typography and word-wrap phone text
