  1. Open the configuration file.
  2. Change the line FramerateLimit = 144 to whatever value you desire, such as FramerateLimit = 120.
  3. Change the line BackgroundFramerateLimit = 30 to whatever value you desire, such as BackgroundFramerateLimit = 60.
  4. Save and close the configuration file.
