Ultra-widescreen

By default, ultrawide support is achieved through Vert- scaling. Dialog screens are pillarboxed and cutscenes are windowboxed.[6][7] Certain non-HUD elements may appear stretched or anchored incorrectly.[8]

  1. Follow the instructions to enable the developer console in the game.
  2. Enter FOV X where X is the desired value.
FOV value occasionally gets reset, just enter the above value in the console again and it should fix.

Anisotropic filtering

Modify Scalability.ini[9]
  1. Go to the Configuration file location and open Scalability.ini or create it if it doesn't exist.
  2. In Scalability.ini, find the section [TextureQuality@3] or add it if it doesn't exist.
  3. In this section, add the line r.MaxAnisotropy=16.
  4. Save the file.

Anti-aliasing

Modify Engine.ini[10]
  1. Go to the Configuration file location and open Engine.ini or create it if it doesn't exist.
  2. In Engine.ini, find the section [SystemSettings] or add it if it doesn't exist.
  3. In this section, add the line r.DefaultFeature.AntiAliasing=x, replacing x with 0 to disable it or 1 for FXAA.
  4. (Optional) You can also modify the quality of anti-aliasing. Add the line r.PostProcessAAQuality=x, replacing x with the desired quality level for anti-aliasing of FXAA. A level of 0 disables it, and a level of 6 sets it to the maximum.
  5. Save the file.

Ambient occlusion

Modify Scalability.ini to increase ambient occlusion[11]
  1. Go to the Configuration file location and open Scalability.ini or create it if it doesn't exist.
  2. In Scalability.ini, find the section [PostProcessQuality@3] or add it if it doesn't exist.
  3. In this section, add the line r.AmbientOcclusionLevels=4.
  4. Save the file.

Chromatic aberration

Modify Scalability.ini to disable chromatic aberration[12]
  1. Go to the Configuration file location and open Scalability.ini or create it if it doesn't exist.
  2. In Scalability.ini, find the section [PostProcessQuality@3] or add it if it doesn't exist.
