Use the community trainer to remove black bars and adjust FOV
Semi-manual solution for all resolutions to remove black bars and adjust FOV in real time.

Automated solution designed for 21:9 and limited to FOV adjustment.

Anisotropic filtering (AF)

Modify Engine.ini[9]
  1. Go to the configuration file(s) location.
  2. Open Engine.ini.
  3. Add the line [SystemSettings] if it does not exist.
  4. In this section, add the line r.MaxAnisotropy=16.
  5. Save the file.

Anti-aliasing (AA)

Modify Engine.ini[9]
  1. Go to the Configuration file location and open Engine.ini or create it if it doesn't exist.
  2. In Engine.ini, find the section [SystemSettings] or add it if it doesn't exist.
  3. In this section, add the line r.DefaultFeature.AntiAliasing=x, replacing x with 0 to disable it or 1 for FXAA.
  4. (Optional) You can also modify the quality of anti-aliasing. Add the line r.PostProcessAAQuality=x, replacing x with the desired quality level for anti-aliasing of FXAA. A level of 0 disables it, and a level of 6 sets it to the maximum.
  5. Save the file.
