Warnings
- The macOS (OS X) release of this game needs a fix to work on macOS Catalina (version 10.15) or later (see API for details).
Sphinx and the Cursed Mummy is a singleplayer third-person action, platform and puzzle game.
The PC version is a port of the 2003 PlayStation 2 / GameCube / Xbox game of the same name. It comes with restored original HD textures, mod support and other improvements.[2]
Receives semi-regular updates as of 2025. Projected shadows, which were exclusive to the PS2 and GameCube versions, are available in a Steam beta branch, together with improved character lighting and bug-fixed levels, mirroring the PS4 release.[3]
For 64-bit support there is also a sixty-four-bits Steam branch, mirroring the beta changes. But current mods are not compatible with it.
