Set a custom resolution in the configuration file^[2]
Go to the Configuration file location. (On Windows, go to the registry location.) Edit `Screenmanager Resolution Height_h2627697771` and `Screenmanager Resolution Width_h182942802` to the desired values (ensure the Decimal radio button is selected, if editing the Windows registry). Save changes and start the game normally.
