  1. Download these files: https://mega.nz/#!IZpRBBqA!Ll4gqgBpssk48WybsHCUqlYvsiEDVCXClOuJncH3_gk and extract them in the root directory (i.e C:\Program Files (x86)\SEGA\SONIC MEGA COLLECTION PLUS).
  2. Replace the default EXE with the apporpriate ones from C:\Program Files (x86)\SEGA\SONIC MEGA COLLECTION PLUS\Modded EXE. Rename the replacement EXE to MegaCollectionPlus.
