Edit Settings.ini
Open %USERPROFILE%\Documents\Snoopy vs. the Red Baron\Settings.ini. Scroll down to the [Display Settings] section and change the line Resolution = 1024 x 768 to the preferred resolution. Notes Stretched image compared to 4:3, to get Hor+ after starting a new game, just alt+tab to the desktop and go back in.
